About Our Fees
In general, we charge by the assignment or task and not by the hour for most IRS matters because we find that, in these matters dealing with the IRS, clients want and need to have greater certainty in the amount of fees they will be paying.
For example, regardless of the amount of time involved, we have one affordable fee for negotiation and representation before the IRS for all matters relating to petitioning Installment Agreement for a Payment Plan which the client can actually afford. Further, we also have another affordable fee for negotiation and representation before the IRS for the customary matters relating to petitioning and negotiation with the IRS for an Offer of Settlement (also known as an Offer in Compromise). The fees for such services are listed in our Standard Fee Schedule which is provided to each client at the time of your first meeting with us.
In other cases or if the client prefers, we also accept cases on an hourly rate which is provided to each client at the time of your first meeting with us. Of course, an hourly rate billing is supported by an itemization of a detailed description of the activity involved for clarity of understanding.
